However, you may provide us with your personal information when you want to make a berth inquiry, apply for a job or when you contact us (through the relevant contact form or by email). In principle, we do not share your personal data that we may collect through the website with any third party. As a matter of exception, access to your personal data may be given to trusted external service providers engaged by us, such as companies providing IT support and website hosting services, only to the extent necessary for the provision of their services to us. These service providers act as data processors in relation to your personal data and are bound to process your personal data exclusively on behalf and under our instructions and to implement strict security measures for protecting your personal data.
Also, when you make a berth inquiry or submit a job application that we cannot fulfill (for example due to lack of availability or the filling of the job post), we may share your request upon your consent with our affiliated companies, namely Cleopatra Marina S.A. and Nafpigoplastiki S.A. that may reach out to you for responding to your request or application.
Lastly, in limited cases we may disclose your personal data shared though our website to the competent public authorities and the courts for the fulfilment of our obligations arising from the law and for the exercise and defense of our legal rights.
